Photo Negative Willy starts in Character Prep 1, on any random night. Then he moves anywhere else. He has a random pattern set. When in the office, shut off a camera. You can also shut off the power.

- When you shut off the power, then later, his shade can appear.
- He shares a screech with PN Mickey.
